INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS was established in the year 1998, with hope of providing a cad training and services. At our earlier days we had only a training institute for Technocrats in the Cad Arena. After overwhelming response from our clients and technical personnel, Company was started as CAD/GIS/PIPING Design and Man power. Later on, our organization engaged on several projects in the field of CAD, Embedded Design, Water Supply, Web Hosting, Firefighting, HRMS & Payroll and Piping Design, including local and outside projects within stipulated time to client’s satisfaction. We are happy with the bunch of their response and glad to continue with us near future we are well equipped to match needs of Global Clients.

2. We shortlist the applicants that meet the requirements from the pool of CVs we've got in our database.
3. We send the ones shortlisted CVs to the company for their evaluate and choice.
4. Set up and co-ordinate the interviews of the preferred candidates.
